naked and exposed
as the clouds behind my eyes
cry salty rain on my cheeks
The pale moon above us
shines pastel light
cradles us in sweet oblivion
as we swing between galaxies
To you this whole world
the entire universe
is open wide and calling your name
Just like I am
Waiting for you to find
all its miracles and sorrows
the forgotten planets
which you can't see
You are stuck behind the meteor shower
But my universe is so much bigger
than our realities
it breathes in the stars
that burst into blue flames
shining new light beyond us
You can't even imagine all the beauty
of these broken skies
I want the orbit inside me
to flow out like a wild river
paint the cold sun with all its wonders
